Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive
with 2+ years of
experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads,
meeting potential
clients, closing sales, and achieving monthly revenue targets for
interior and
construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients and explain company services.
- Conduct site visits and follow up on inquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer
satisfaction.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth project
execution.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Handle negotiations and finalize contracts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (preferably
interior/construction).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle client meetings independently.
- Basic knowledge of interior projects will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
