Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer with 2+
years of experience
in construction and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible
for site
supervision, coordination with vendors and labor, quality control, and
ensuring
projects are completed within the given timeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and execution work.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and
specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and labor
teams.
- Monitor site progress and maintain daily work reports.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at site.
- Check material delivery and usage at site.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and challenges.
- Ensure project completion within timeline and budget.
- Maintain safety standards at project sites.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior or construction site
supervision.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Strong site coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of interior finishing works, modular installations, and
civil works.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore for site visits.
