A realistic home interior timeline helps you plan your move, your rent and your budget. At Aladi Interiors, complete home interiors take between 45 and 120 days, depending on the size of the home. This guide explains each stage and what you can do to avoid delays.

Home Interior Timeline by Home Size

  • 2 BHK: about 45 days
  • 3 BHK: about 60 days
  • 4 BHK: about 75 days
  • 5 BHK: about 90 days
  • Villa or 6 BHK: about 120 days

These timelines start once the design is frozen and the production payment is made, because that is the moment materials are ordered and factory production begins.

Stage 1: Consultation and Site Measurement

Everything starts with a free consultation. Our designer understands your needs, your lifestyle and your budget, then visits the site to take exact measurements. This usually happens within a few days of your first call.

Stage 2: Design and 3D Renders

Our design team prepares layouts and 3D renders for each room. You review them, ask for changes and choose finishes, colours and hardware. This is the stage where your input matters most, so take your time and visit our experience centre to see materials in person.

Design freeze

Once you approve the final designs, we freeze them. Changes after this point can delay production, so we recommend finalising every detail before sign-off.

Stage 3: Factory Production

Modular furniture such as the kitchen, wardrobes and TV unit is made at our partner factory in Bengaluru, using CenturyPly plywood and machine-cut precision. Factory production is faster and more accurate than carpentry on site, and it keeps your home free of dust and noise.

Stage 4: Civil, Electrical and Ceiling Work

While furniture is being made, our site engineers handle false ceiling, electrical points, lighting and painting at your home. Running these in parallel is one of the main ways we keep the home interior timeline short.

Stage 5: Installation and Handover

Finished modules are delivered and installed by our team. After a final quality check and deep cleaning, we hand over your home along with the warranty: 30 years on modular furniture, one year on hardware and one year of free maintenance.

What Can Delay a Home Interior Timeline?

  1. Design changes after the freeze. Even a small change can mean re-cutting boards.
  2. Delayed payments. Production starts only once the production payment is made.
  3. Site readiness. Plumbing, tiling and windows should be complete before installation.
  4. Society permissions. Some apartments restrict working hours or material movement.

How We Keep Projects on Time

Every project has a dedicated designer, a planning engineer and a site engineer who track progress against a written schedule. Payments are linked to clear milestones, so you always know what happens next. Learn what each home size costs in our 2 BHK vs 3 BHK interior cost guide.
